Pre-announcement renumbering product- and trade item data of Kraus & Naimer bv per 15-02-2022
In the course of 2022, SAP will be implemented at Kraus & Naimer Netherlands, following the Kraus & Naimer branches in neighboring countries. This also means that we have to make a change to our product and article numbers.
At the moment our product and trade item numbers are the same. Concretely, the change means that the product number is changed into a 7 or 8-digit SAP number and that a number of extra characters (points) are added to the article number. From 15 February you can use both the updated product number (SAP number) and the updated article number for your request or order.
The new renumbered data files will be available from 2BA per 15-02-2022.Our advice is to contact your software supplier directly for questions or more information about the consequences of this renumbering and what the options are in your software package.
Important: Before the new data is processed, you may need to renumber the current trade items and/or products within your software package. This can be done using a renumbering table [omnummertabel producten / omnummertabel artikelen]. Ask your software supplier how this table can be incorporated into your package.Availability via 2BA:
- Selection profile: If your selection profile was executed on or after the renumbering date and this supplier is included in your selection profile, the export will automatically contain the renumbered data of this supplier.
- Total export of supplier: You can also download a total export of this supplier on or after the renumbering date and process the data in your software package.
