Pre-announcement renumbering product- and trade item data of Vasco Group (Brugman) nv per 18th of April
You will receive a pre-announcement regarding a renumbering of Vasco’s product and trade item data. From April 8, the dataset is available in which the old article numbers (= GTIN/EAN) are provided with the new article number (successor).
Subsequently, from April 18, a new dataset will be available in which the alternative article number will replace the current article number (=GTIN/EAN). The order number is 15-digit and has a relationship with the 26-digit number in which the complete product logic is captured.
In brief:
- 26 digit number persists
- GTIN/EAN number will remain, this will be used as product article number until the mentioned date, you can find GTIN/EAN in the field ‘GTIN’
- NEW: 15-digit product article number
In addition to the current numbers, from January 1, 2022, you can also use the 15-digit (new) number for your orders.
Important: Before the new data is processed, you may need to renumber the current trade items and/or products within your software package. This can be done using a renumbering table [click here]. Ask your software supplier how this table can be incorporated into your package.
Availability via 2BA:
- Selection profile: If your selection profile was executed on or after the renumbering date and this supplier is included in your selection profile, the export will automatically contain the renumbered data of this supplier.
- Total export of supplier: You can also download a total export of this supplier on or after the renumbering date and process the data in your software package.
