Pre-announcement renumbering product- and trade item data of Signify Netherlands B.V. per 23.01.2023


Signify Netherlands will renumber its article and product data. The reason is that Signify will stop using the EOC8 coding and switch to a 13-digit coding based on EAN series.

The new renumbered data files are available from 2BA per 23.01.2023.

Our advice is to contact your software supplier directly for questions or more information about the consequences of this renumbering and what the options are in your software package.

Important: Before the new data is processed, you may need to renumber the current trade items and/or products within your software package. This can be done using a renumbering table [click here]. Ask your software supplier how this table can be incorporated into your package.

Availability via2BA
  • Selection profile: If your selection profile was executed on or after the renumbering date and this supplier is included in your selection profile, the export will automatically contain the renumbered data of this supplier.
  • Total export of supplier: You can also download a total export of this supplier on or after the renumbering date and process the data in your software package.
